I can't take ScreenShots using the Software-Home Button and Vold-Down or -Up or Power-Key (I tried everything ;)).

I'm running latest FxOS 2.2 / 3.0 build from master on a Nexus 4. Downloaded from here: https://yalam.co.uk/b2g/mako/ (fxos-mako-15-01-14.zip) - Source: http://forum.xda-developers.com/nexus-4/general/rom-firefox-os-2-2-nexus-4-t2894024
Ah, got it! Screenshot is Power + Vol Down (long press).
