On my dumbphone, the camera had a toggle with a little Moon icon on it. This toggle changed the camera from "Blurless" mode to "long exposure" mode for low light situations. In photography, there is a rough rule of thumb that dictates that most people (who hold a camera properly) can take a basically blurless shot at ExposureTime=1/FocalLength. I'd really like to see the Camera app add this "Moon"/"Blurless" toggle as a general/quick way for the user to try and take better photos. 99% of the time, I think most users would prefer to have shorter exposure times with perhaps slightly increased ISO noise versus longer exposure times with lower ISO noise, but blur/shake.
