Details

The error in https://errormill.mozilla.org/webtools/airmozilla-prod/group/175965/ happens when an event is associated with a Picture that is broken in some way and thus can't be turned into a thumbnail.
Turns out it's a problem with underlying library libjpeg that Pillow was depending on to turn uploaded pictures into thumbnails. 

Will close this bug once that's been fixed on the generic cluster.
