Steps to reproduce:

Move windows user profile to a different location, firefox still saves files in the old location


Actual results:

Firefox recreates the old profile path in order to save files there, instead of using the new profile path


Expected results:

Paths to places like the downloads folder should be stored using the system variable for the user profile path, so that if the profile location changes firefox will use the new location correctly
