Steps to reproduce:

I created a "border-box" element with a fixed height and set the padding to be greater than 50% of the height.


Actual results:

The height declaration was not respected.


Expected results:

The height declaration should have been respected, as it is when the padding is less than 50% of the height of the element. The attachment makes this obvious.
