Description
Long press links on web pages and save the linked file does not save the link to the homescreen

Steps to Reproduce
1) On the Home screen, tap on the Browser app icon.
2) Open web pages by searching or entering a web address.
3) Long press links on web pages and save the linked file.
4) Notice the link is not saved to the homescreen and a download file is started.


Expected Results
Long press links on web pages and save the linked file should save the link to the homescreen.


Actual Results
Long press links on web pages and save the linked file does not save the link to the homescreen.


Reproduction Frequency: 100% in this build. In older ones it worked fine
