steps to reproduce:
1. Load https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/app/privat-hippopotamus5707?src=new
2. Click on the Report abuse form

expected behavior:
Report abuse form opens in a lightbox and the details page is out of focus.

actual behavior:
Details page doesn't go out of focus when a form is opened within a lightbox . Same is true for review form.
