Steps to reproduce:
1. Open mp-homepage: https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/

Expected results:
The text displayed in the search box is "Search the Marketplace". The magnifying glass is blue.

Actual results:
The text displayed is: "Search". The magnifying glass is grey.

I would follow what is spec'd out (blue magnifying glass, suggested text), but with the current implementation's animation (the glass and text slide to the left out of view). And yep, we can address it later.
