Replace pyelasticsearch with elasticsearch-py, unless it breaks compatibility with ES 0.90.

Might we be able to postpone this till we move the cluster? I hear that 1.x is very different. Can we even get 0.9x on the various third-party ES providers?

We will move straight to ES 1.4, and we'll need this code before we do, so I might as well do it now. Plus I am working on it in a way that will allow us to keep it working with ES 0.90 anyway.
