Steps to reproduce:

I installed the app from the GitHub repo.


Actual results:

The French is not available. Only the English as a default locale is available to me.


Expected results:

The French should have been translated.

Thanks for your translation, please read my comments below.

French translations should respect the French L10n styleguide [1] and be reviewed by French l10n peers before being submitted. You can reach me directly if you have any question, I'll be glad to help you. And I can find you stuff that has not been translated yet and then review it for you.

I'll keep this bug open to get more visibility and avoid other people loosing their time. And also because my PR didn't have any bug associated, so that won't hurt using this one for tracking purposes.
