The green "Menu" box on the left side -- in addition to not
showing any words or letting you select something -- is always
open (not hidden), which pushes the rest of the page's content
farther down the page.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open www.matrixorbital.com in mozilla
2. Observe the green menu box on the left side


Actual Results:  It's always there, and doesn't show any words or go
anywhere when clicked.

Expected Results:  The menu should disappear when you move the mouse somewhere else.
It should also show "Products", "Downloads", ..., and go to that
section when clicked.

I couldn't figure out how this was intended to be rendered
until I looked at it in Netscape 4.77, where it seems to work.

Dodgy browser sniffing.

The JS on this site is mis-identifying Moz as netscape 4, and feeding it code
containing document.layers calls.  If you're lucky enough to be identified as
IE, you get document.all instead.

If I check the problem description and the screenshot and afterwards I go to the
site it seems like they did a redesign.
The site layout has changed and I don't see that green box (with 1.8a5)
