User Story

* We should be able to bookmark a page to the home screen inside of a private browser.
* When this linked is clicked on, it should open in a private browser.
* There should be some indicator on the home screen indicating that the bookmark will open in a private browser.

Will wait for new 2.5 specs, but with pinning the web and the removal of bookmarks we need to revisit this. It's likely no longer needed.
