Need to enable CDN caching for blog.mo.

This is enabled for blog.m.o and blog.m.o/press only

The rewrite for the plugin has to be added per blog, so in the interest of time I only did these two.

Additionally, the rewrites only seem to work for https:// (ssl) and NOT for http:// (non-ssl). I am not sure why this is but it might have something to do with some rewrites that were in place for an older caching plugin.

I need to chat with Jake about this to get things finally sorted out.

In the mean time, if additional blogs need to be placed on the CDN for the load testing, oing me here and I will add those domains.

http://blog.mozilla.org now properly redirects to https://, like it did quite a while ago. That was just resolved in bug 1113702.

For any other sub-blogs underneath blog.mozilla.org, this can be enabled with fairly minimal difficulty. Best bet may be to comb through the most popular blogs, and/or the blogs we think are most likely to suddenly *get* popular, and set them up.

This will not trivially work on blogs with vanity domains, like hacks.mozilla.org and quality.mozilla.org (I *think*... we'd need to play with it some to be totally sure). They can be done as well, but it will require CDN configuration... they're not plug-and-play.
