how to replicate:

go to a simple html page (start.html) with a form
submit form to form1.html
say form1.html also has a form
submit form to form2.html
click Back - seems like loads a page, but it's still on form2.html
click Back again - it goes to start.html
click Forward - goes to form2.html
forgot to mention: mozilla 0.9.5
I've also noticed this on Windows 2000, with 0.9.5, 0.9.6, and various nightly
builds in between.

and  I don't see the bug. worksforme?
testcase worksforme with 021403/8 win32 and linux mozilla build.
