When inserting two images next to each other, the default text alignment (at the
bottom) is ignored for the first picture until the second is modified.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch Composer
2. Insert an image (try to make it somewhere around 400 x 300 in size)
3. Verify that the image properties shows text alignment is set to at the bottom.
4. Insert another image, about the same size as the first.
5. Change the second image's text alignment in the image properties to in the
center.

Actual Results: The second image will drop down when its properties are
changed. This is actually due to a bug with the first image's text alignment:
The default for the first image is At the Bottom, but it acts as if it was At
The Top until the second image's properties are changed.

Expected Results: The second image should appear aligned lower than the first,
if the properties are left to align text at the bottom.
