Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Firefox;
2. Go to a pdf file (e.g.: http://cp.literature.agilent.com/litweb/pdf/5989-8139EN.pdf);
3. Click on 'Presentation Mode' button to enter in full screen mode, allow to enter in full screen;
4. Press 'Esc' button to exit 'Presentation Mode';
5. Press on the printer icon or press 'Ctrl+P';

Expected results:
Print dialog shows up.

Actual results:
'There was an unexpected problem while printing.' error is displayed.

Notes:
1. This issue is a regression

If possible a further bisect on pdf.js repo would help find the regression.

This is no longer reproducible. Flaviu, please reopen if you can still reproduce.

It would be nice to know what fixed this using mozregression.
