Steps to reproduce:
1. Load MP-dev homepage and go to page footer https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/ 
2. Load MP-stage homepage and go to page footer https://marketplace.allizom.org/

Expected results:
The MP-dev footer is the same with MP-stage footer. 

Actual results:
Footers are different.

Notes/Issues:
Verified on FF38(Win 7).
