1134803 - Ranged voting shouldn't make you vote for everyone

Trying to vote for Rep of the Month, this is the first month that the portal has allowed you to nominate a person from their profile, so we have about 20 nominees.

The ranged voting makes you adjust each drop-down box before you can vote.

One of the reasons ranged voting works is that if there is a large field of candidates you only have to mark the ones you care about. In theory, you can score one person with the highest score, and then stop.

The portal should allow you to vote for one person, ie adjust only one of the dropdowns, and then let you submit the vote.
