Expected results:

The opening of a page asking for userid and password, enabling me to update the site for french language. 
We are 5 administrators in 5 countries, I seem to be the only one to experience this issue since september 2014. The main administrator is in Russia. She checked and could not find any change on her site about IIS etc.
I have been working since 4 or 5 years on this site, always with Firefox.

The opening of the page is successful with Safari.
