Just a reminder and placeholder for the task of working out what our story
should really be with embedding apps' window interfaces. And by the way, don't
forget to add a blur method to one of them (nsIEmbeddingSiteWindow currently has
a setFocus method). Bug 57841 cares about blur and is on hold pending a
conclusion here.
