In bug 1133202 we set the opacity of the select box to 0.1, which I don't think is ideal. We should find out why opacity: 0 doesn't work. https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/gaia/commit/9595dac56dc47f458a8567d8db099900d574e914#diff-f5140311864b481688975f876b111d48R119
