Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/40.0.2214.115 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce: 1. Update firefox 35.0.1 to version 36. 2. Restart Firefox. 3. Open already updated firefox 36 4. Run web driver-based functional web tests. Actual results: Tests start and Firefox 36 is opening. Url bar stays empty and no action is taken. Expected results: URL bar should be filled with address so that web application can be displayed in the firefox.

This is very annoying, the Url bar stays empty and there is no error thrown. Is there a way i can downgrade ?

The workaround I can recommend for now is downgrading firefox from 36 to 35. remember it's just a temporary solution. Please visit the following website which describes the steps to take in order to downgrade to 35: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/install-older-version-of-firefox

(this does not block development nor testing - please see https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/page.cgi?id=fields.html#bug_severity ) > 4. Run web driver-based functional web tests. URL?
