STR: 1. Add a file trusted-app-public.der to the security/apps directory on the build 2. Build B2G EXPECTED: The file content is used to generate the manifest-signing-root.inc file on the build (and the certificate can be used as a root CA to sign manifests) ACTUAL The manifest-signing.root.inc file is created with the default content (an invalid cert) so trusted hosted apps cannot be used
