Details

The change is primarily in the splice configuration. The new CDN hostname will be: tiles.cdn.mozilla.net. 

To do: 

- testing latency (if any) for a new object uploaded to S3 to be accessible via https://tiles.cdn.mozilla.net/{path}

- update splice configuration to point at the new CDN

Tested that an uploaded file works via the CDN. There is no latency and files are immediately available. 

We're ready to change the CDN hostname over.
