User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:36.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/36.0
Build ID: 20150224222119

Steps to reproduce:

With multiple tabs open in a single window, I attempt to create a new window by clicking and dragging (in one motion) a tab other than the one I am currently viewing, to an empty space on screen.

Actual results:

A new window appears, with the contents of the dragged tab. The original window opens the tab immediately proceeding the tab that has been expanded to a new window.

Expected results:

The original window should have displayed the tab that was active prior to my click and drag motion, rather than the tab following the tab that has been moved to a new window.
