We haven't tried making localized builds of Instantbird since the im/ folder was merged into comm-central. It turns out we forgot to do the instantbird -> im rename in a few places.

Some updates are also needed on https://wiki.instantbird.org/Instantbird:Creating_a_new_localization_%28Mercurial%29 I'll do this soon.
