Description:
The "+" symbol is on the wrong side of the service center phone number under SIM settings.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20150304010324
2) Change the language to Arabic.
3) Open messaging.
4) Tap on the "Gear" icon to open message settings.
5) Tap on an available SIM under "SIM Settings".
6) Observe the phone number under "Service Center".

Actual:
The plus symbol is on the wrong side of the phone number.

Expected:
The plus symbol is to the left of the phone number.

This is a Settings issue.

But this makes me think of issues we might have in the SMS app -- I'll check them and file bugs if necessary.

Per comment 12 and comment 14 in bug 1142924 and my own verification, the "+" symbol is shown at left side of the service center number now.
So mark as VERIFIED DUPLICATE.
