The test added in bug 1136010 only fails when the expensive style struct destructor assertions are enabled.  Now that we've made them pref-on-able in bug 1139272, let's do so for this test.

(If that's copied from the name of the pref elsewhere, then please fix it elsewhere too.   If it's not -- then you should really copy & paste the whole name of the pref.)
