I believe Wil was planning to speak with Phil about an ongoing process for this pipeline. Because of the various steps involved to make these hardcode updates work, I'm not sure if we can hit April 1 with precision, but possibly. 

I will email you all off Bugzilla so we all get on the same page with process.
Thanks Scott, I need to book the April campaigns this week so it would be good to know what we can get done, even if we are only able to accommodate the second half of the month.
