Now that we've switched to using run_celery_worker_log_parser in bug 1123479, we can delete the old script from the repo, and also remove the old logs on stage/prod, so as to reduce confusion when looking for log parser logs in the future.

We also need to check that dev has been updated to use the new script too.
I just had to kick dev to get the newrelic reporting working again, and whilst doing that noticed it was still using the gevent log parser worker - which given camd's comments yesterday about having issues with dev (which is still running 2.7.9 Python, rather than having rolled back to 2.7.8 like prod/stage), meant I hand edited /etc/supervisord.conf on th-dev-worker to make the dev equivalent change of:
