For the JS engine standalone release, "make install" currently doesn't install js-config.h, which is needed.

Approval Request Comment

This affects the source release of the Javascript engine: "make install" omits a single necessary header. The next source release of the JS engine will be based off esr38; it would be nice to get this patch in the Aurora tree so we don't have to carry it separately.

Does not affect anything outside of the JS source release.
