Duplicate pings need to be handled as a report, which is tracked here:
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1168412

An alternate interpretation of this bug is that we need to make sure we have data to go look at if an alert on a monitor goes off. Currently, our approach to that is going to be having the full 180 days available. Lets create new bugs (or add that requirement to alerting bugs) if that doesn't meet our need.
