Need the following countries/languages "turned on". 

There will be another set next week (assume Weds). Once I get signoff on the Booking.com IO I will file another bug to set their campaign live in these countries/languages

Those countries using en-US and pl have all been getting Mozilla tiles since we started serving mozilla tiles.

For the booking.com tiles, we'll need the url for each country (maybe 2 urls for poland/pl and poland/us if that's what they want).

As in comment 2, all those countries are getting Mozilla tiles of the appropriate locale as we serve them to any country matching the locale. So in terms of being able to serve all those countries, we're already doing that. However, when we add in a sponsored tile that makes a set of tiles country specific, there's additional load in uploading tiles. So we'll want to gradually add in some sponsored countries to see if we hit some bottleneck.
