Add support for getting details of changes by clicking on a summary series

Details
In addition to popping up an info tooltip in perfherder, when clicking on a summary series we should give a breakdown of the changes in each subtest. From what I understand and intuit, this would be immensely useful. [ the tooltip won't be big enough to encapsulate this for big tests like tp5, so we'll probably want to disclose that data just below the graph ]

This is pretty much working. There are surely lots of improvements possible, but we can handle those in followups.
