The user reports Firefox Hello is not able to detect his Logitech QuickCam Messenger webcam (black screen) on Linux Mint 17.1.

The reporter tried to test this WebRTC app https://apprtc.appspot.com/ and FF fails to detect his Logitech QuickCam Messenger webcam. He tried with another Logitech webcam, it worked perfectly.
