1142576 - Add two headers to first-edit e-mails.

Filtering from the subject line is fragile and we already have these two e-mail headers:
X-Kuma-Document-Url: https://developer.mozilla.org/de/docs/Web/JavaScript/Reference/Global_Objects/Promise/all
X-Kuma-Editor-Username: Sharian

Add these two:
X-Kuma-Document-Title: "Promise.all" (must be %-encoded if I remember well)
and
X-Kuma-Document-Locale: de

Would be helpful for filtering.

Yep, I love this. Being able to better filter mails we get would be a big help.

I would also add these to the watched-page emails.
