safari start timeline
In Safari, there's a key combo to start a timeline recording, even when the tools are closed. This is pretty slick, and immediately opens up the tools to the timeline panel and is recording immediately.

I'm not going to propose a global shortcut at this time. For the new recording panel with bug 1408124 I'll file new bugs if we want to do keyboard shortcuts.
