Kelly Fraser (kfraser@mozilla.com) needs to see the Recruiting product in the Product Dashboard, like Rachel (rberenbaum@mozilla.com) can see. Attached a screenshot.
I forgot to mention - gerv looked into this and added Kelly to the HR group in bugzilla but that didn't seem to fix it. Kelly logged out and back into bugzilla just to see if that made a difference. She is kfraser on IRC.
kelly, are you able to see the report by clicking on the following link:
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/page.cgi?id=productdashboard.html&tab=&product=Recruiting&bug_status=open
?

if the report loads, can you please let me know what the selected product is in the "choose product" menu.

Hello Byron,

Kelly is having more troubles. She cannot check her dashboard because when she tries to log in with the persona Sign In button the receives the following message:

Your account is a member of a group which is not permitted to use Persona to log in. Please log in with your Bugzilla username and password.
(Persona logins are disabled for accounts which are members of certain particularly sensitive groups, while we gain experience with the technology.)

But she hasn't created a separate bugzilla account (outside of logging in with Persona), so she can't just us the login button - it won't seem to recognize she has an account.

(And she can't log in to comment on this bug.)

What should she do next? (She is kfraser on IRC)

What I would do is try to login using the built in BMO authentication instead of using Persona so we can rule that out as an issue.

1. Click 'Log Out' from the drop down menu at the top right where her username is (if she is logged in).
2. Click 'Forgot Password' link at the top right. An email will be sent with a special link to click to reset the password for the email address she enters.
3. Once she clicks the link in the email, set her internal password to whatever she wants.
4. Verify that she can now see the HR form properly.

If not let us know and we will try more from there.

Hello!

Thank you for the quick reply. She tried resetting her password as instructed, but it didn't work. She didn't receive the email and it didn't come to her Spam folder either.

Anything else we can try?

Clarissa
Hi,

I just now was able to change my password and I now see "Recruiting" in the product dashboard.

Thank you all for your help.
