openwire.com uses the MIME type text/plain for stylesheets, and it uses a
doctype that triggers strict mode. Because of the fix for bug 46225, we no
longer recognize the stylesheets on this site.

If openwire.com uses the MIME type text/css for stylesheets, everything should
be fine.
