I'd like to increase the scope of this ticket. We want to: 1) improve the look of the Delete button; 2) investigate adding a "long swipe left" to delete without confirmation; 3) try to add messaging saying that you can long swipe (if you've never long swiped, and just used the regular delete button); 4) look into adding an "undo stack" of recently closed tabs. (This is strictly wishlist.)

I don't think we need a Delete button for tabs. I'd rather nail a more dynamic swipe gesture/interaction as outlined in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1147148. Let's address undo/recovery in another bug, probably not short term though.
