Details of the feature is discussed in bug# 107840
The help buttons at present point to the general existing documentation on crls 
- ie, chrome://help/content/help.xul?validation_prefs - which describes the  
basics of crls, and the crl manager window. Auto update is a new feature, and we 
would need some documentation on them, probably at the same place.
