Hit bug 1062280. Disabled.

Somehow this got missed in the reimaged-reenabled-not-connecting-to-master-reimaged-times-out-talos-disabled cycle.

It's currently at the step where it needs to be reimaged one more time, so we can reenable it until it times out several talos jobs and we'll disable it again.
Perhaps more interesting to reimage it again in a post-bug 1154434 world.
