The tab animations change speed in a somewhat jarring manner depending on how far down the tab list the previous tab was. The attached webm shows the difference in opening the first tab depending on if (left side) the previous tab tab was at the head of the list or (right side) the previous tab was at the end of the list. This should be fixed in newer builds.
