1146208 - "Error: wifiListStart mark not found" while opening settings app

gecko: v2.2
gaia: v2.2

1. Open settings app
2. Click wifi panel as soon as possible

"Error: wifiListStart mark not found" would be shown and wifi
scan list would keep empty.

Could you please review the patch suggested by you? I don't know if this relates to bug 1142384 so file another bug to address this error message specifically for v2.2. Thanks!
