Rust 1.0 community video

Rust 1.0 is releasing in May and we want to do special things for it. Rainer has suggested making a video out of interviews with key players, and I've already got a bunch of volunteers lined up.

Since Rust is very technical and non-visual, I think we should probably focus on the community aspect of Rust - Rust is a model OSS project and is something Mozilla should really be proud of - though we can probably also describe what Rust is and why it's so special.

It's important to be very careful about the branding. In Rust we try to keep the project isolated from Mozilla at large so that Rust can eventually be bigger than just-another-mozilla-project. In our domain it's important to be independent of a single corporate overlord.
