1.Set your phone language to Arabic.
2.Launch Clock and create a new alarm clock with long LTR title. 
3.Observe the alarm clock in Alarm view.

3.The ellipsis should be shown at right side of the title.

RTL triage: P3. Seems like an unlikely use case to have a long LTR alarm title -- still if it's a simple fix we should support bidi properly here.

This issue cane be reproduced on latest Flame 2.2&3.0 and Nexus5 2.2&3.0 build, create a new alarm clock with long LTR title, the ellipsis is shown at left side of LTR clock title in Alarm view.
