That's the only event in the logs on that box prior to when I rebooted it.

There's apparently a known bug where it'll stop responding when one of the ethernet ports changes link state.  The firmware on this one does *not* look like it's been updated to pick up the fix for that. (see bug 705863)

We'll try to upgrade it during tonight's maint window.
timestamp on that power supply message corresponds with the power shutdown in tor1 yesterday.
