STR:
1. Go to http://testsafebrowsing.appspot.com/
2. Click on the second or third link from Donwload Warnings section (eg:http://download.safebrowsingtest.com/download/test)

Issue:
The file is successfully downloaded.

Note:
This bug is not reproducible on FF 38 and FF 39
