This is the RHEL update: https://rhn.redhat.com/errata/RHSA-2015-0715.html RHEL 6 Server x86_64: openssl-1.0.1e-30.el6_6.7.x86_64.rpm The CentOS equivalent should be out soon if it is not already.

There are no patches available for CentOS 6.5 (it's unmaintained). This is minor, so I don't think it will drive an ugprade to CentOS 7.
