Play from local disk. Play back is stutter and stops every now and then.

WFM in FFDE 59 on Mac 10.13.4

The URL provided by the reporter is no longer valid, so I grabbed a 4K demo video from Wikimedia Commons. Using either web or local disk playback, my MBP played the video smoothly with no stutters and low CPU usage.
